For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate products once opened.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR ADULT HYGIENE PRODUCTS

Product Nature and Return Restrictions
Our products are personal wellness and hygiene items. Due to the intimate nature of these products and health and safety concerns, we have implemented a strict return policy to protect the health and privacy of all customers.

NO RETURNS ON OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products that have been:
- Opened or unsealed
- Used or opened for inspection beyond visual examination of the sealed packaging
- Removed from original packaging
- Damaged due to customer handling

Eligible for Return (Unopened Products Only)
Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The product packaging is intact and undamaged
- The product has never been opened or used
- The return is due to a manufacturing defect or product damage caused during shipping
- Proof of purchase and original packaging are provided

Return Process
1. Contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the sealed, damaged packaging
2. Approval must be obtained before shipping the product back
3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the damage was our fault
4. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items
- All opened, used, or unsealed products
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago
- Clearance or discounted items

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product in its original sealed packaging, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
