Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping methods at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping (India)

- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days

International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location and can take 10-21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with the tracking number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

Shipping Address
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
